my friend and i use to hang out all the time with all of our other friends, but now, im lucky if i see him once a month. me and all my othe friends are hanging out, but everytime i call him to see if he wants to come, he declines. he just sits at home and does whatever at his house, with no friends there. i just dont get why he wouldnt want to hang out with me, or any of his friends. we didnt do anything to him, and i call him every week to see if he wants to do anything, so im not ignoring him, but he never wants to do anything. the times that he does do something, he acts the same around me, like nothing is wrong. what do you think is wrong? or what can i do to get him to want to hang out again?

Why dont you ask him if you can come round and hang at his place. Have a laugh win him at his home.

Maybe his parents might not like who you are all hanging with. Or they feel it is dangerous to hang out in the streets.

No matter if you like him and care about him then ask if you can go round a play the computer or whatever.

There might be something really serious going on in his home or within his family that he doesn't wanna talk about! I don't mean to get your hopes down but my best guy friend that I knew for 10 years started having family problems and he would never tell me what was going on and now he's a major pot head!!! I'm sry I truly know how much that situation really sucks and I know you're really worried. Remember not to bug him to much about the way he's acting because he'll just push farther away from you. Let him come to you or someone when he's ready!!!!! I wish you the best of luck with that relationship!!

Tell him that whatever's up you're willing to help and talk to him. Whatever you do, be nice. Don't accuse him of being anti-social or emo or something along those lines. You could also email him, it might be easier for him to open up when he's not talking directly to you.

he needs a break.
obviously.
just leave him alone for a few days.
maybe if you guys didn't nag him and call him every 10 seconds (assuming something's wrong)...he'll get over whatever's bothering him.

It sounds to me like maybe he is depressed. Try to talk with him and see if anything is bothering him.

Instead of asking other people, you should actually talk to him one on one and figure out what his problem may be.that mey be all he needs, a little talking to

Maybe he has more important things to do, like studying?
