Why doesn't it do as well as CSI? Isn't it pretty much the same concept?

Same concept, but I find that Bones' character isnt as dynamic as the CSI ones. She kind of holds you at a distance more than other characters. Plus she doesnt seem to move her mouth when she talks and the drives me crazy.

I watched Bones last season and loved it, and dont like CSI at all, I missed out on this season so decided not to start watching and wait for the dvd........(only reason i started watching was i was a big fan of Angel series) Overall i think it should do better than CSI.

Yep. I watch Bones and I watch CSI every week..Both are really good shows but I think CSI is a much better show..The actors are so much more talented.

I don't know. I love them both. It may be that Temperance isn't as dynamic of a character as the CSIs.

To a point, she's an anthropologist and has a different insight into the crime seen. Plus it gives way to a tighter set of characters to develop.
