John Ellis Bush himself made it a first degree felony to, quote, "Threat to Use a Hoax Weapon of Mass Destruction." It carries a minimum of a year in jail (if you plead guilty) and a maximum of fifteen in prison (if you go to trial and are found guilty).

I suppose New York, with all its "terrorist targets," doesn't have a similar law.

Jebbie-boy, by the way, passed the law in order to remove Bush critics from the voter rolls. A NASA engineer who was also an outspoken activist against the Bush regime both lost her job and was framed for "terrorism" under "Jeb's Law."

No, she won't. How rare is it that any celeb goes to jail? If she'd killed an eaten a baby, then, she MIGHT do a few days behind bars, but not for this.

it's only made the news because she's famous. Well, that and that the people who report the news hate her because she tells it like it is.
