Should I get Wii on launch or wait a while

If you can wait, do. I wait until a must have game comes out for the system and I usually save at least $100 off the launch price. However, I think it will take at least a year before the first price drop on the Wii and there are some GREAT launch and early titles coming. It depends on how desperate you are and how long you're willing to wait.

I think that answer should be based on personal choice, there are many advantages and disadvantages to both.
If you do purchase a Wii on launch then you can take advantage of some great pre-order specials for example at Toys R Us in Australia they are giving an extra Wii game to people who pre-order their Wii when they get it.
However if you wait then you can decide if you want to purchase the console after you see it in action or after you see the games that are released with it.
Personally I have pre-ordered my Wii and I cant wait until it comes out on December 7!

you could wait awhile , maybe the price will go down. I on the other hand would get it when it launches because of Zelda.

I'm going to wait till till the middle of next year. Right now theres not that many game that I would want to get for it.
