Company Dinner & Dance always depend on the budget the company is willing to fork out. You can have table games, lucky draw, dancing competition and some other competiton like dressing etc.
Some of the door gift idea that I have in mind are :
1) paper weight (with company logo)
2) Cups/ Mugs
3) small souvenoir (from gift shop type)
4) tie clip

You got to go through past records for door gifts so that there won't be repetition. Manicure set, metal key chains, unique glass ware, pen, metal bookmark, etc.
You may also wish to hire a professional entertainer who will present various ideas for you to choose from.

Have middle eastern food, with belly dancers. You can have the food catered, and hire belly dancers for entertainment. And for door gifts...because we are in the holiday season, wines, ghetto blasters, small t.v. sets, gift cards are nice too,etc.
