18 for the plants and the 800 customer help lines but at least a college education for corporate (If they hire you without college, they will get you to go to college.. that's even guys working in the customer divisions)

you have to be at least 18 with a high school education and now days that's really not enough they want college graduates to work for them but you can get in with just a high school education,good luck i hope this help,s.
