I am 49 and I would love to be with a man of 26. Do you think this is too much of an age gap. Or is it just the expectations of society that imposes age restrictions on couples?

If you read some of the answeres then I the sane ones among us will note that some answers are very aggresive. I don't get it! Trinny and Suzanna are doing a couple this week with nearly the same age gap!
I have known this man for 5 years and at the moment he is in a very bad place. I love him very much and it is soul destroying to watch. He is the most beautiful man with a beautiful soul and I just wish that I could help!
I fear that every day I will hear that he has died and that would destroy my life!

I would imagine I'd think myself mid twenties at best, physically.
In my 30's or 40's mentally.

But onto your REAL question:

Love isn't just blind. Love knows no color, wealth, age, religion, gender, etc.

You love whom you love; date who you want. Go get him, girl!

Consenting adults can do whatever they like with any other consenting adults, so long as it is not against the law.

The date next to the signature on your start certificates represents the date it replaced into signed, and issued. no longer the date you have been born. you need to observe for a start certificates, and pay for it. no longer each confirm does this as quickly as their infant is born. some have not got the money. some do no longer comprehend they should observe for it. now and lower back there's a wait on the government to get one. and now and lower back the mummy and dad in basic terms placed it off. because of the fact that somewhat one would not incredibly need id to boot a registration of stay start (that's finished interior the wellness center), there incredibly isn't a ought to get one until you intend to go away the rustic - then you definately % one to get a passport. 4 years may well be with regard to the time you mandatory to sign in for kindergarten. faculties require a start certificates for enrollment. this is in all probability why yours replaced into registered once you have been 4.

Mentally 16 or 17
Looks 25 or 26
Actually 29

I would probably think I was an old looking 22 year old. When I was 24-25 I was going out with a 45 year old woman. Alot of my mates taught I was mad but we had some great times. I don't see any problem with an age gap and I would do it again with the right woman.

Sweetie if it makes you both happy go for it. Society needs to get a grip and realise that people come together because of more reasons than just sex.
My probelm with this is why is it perfectly acceptable for a man to date and marry a women 20-25 years younger but it is frowned on when the other way around. Could it be because women are supposed to stay young forever and men can be all wrinkly and bent? HUMPH I say, You go girl!!!!!!

okay to answer your first question, if I didn't know I was 15 I'd think I was 18. cos that's the age anyone who doesn't know me thinks I am, and anyone who does know me says I'm mature for my age, if a little mental.

and to answer your second question, is there a particular 26 year old that you're in love with and who feels the same way about you? if so then that's fine. but if you're just after a toyboy then it's a bit well..., y'know.

At 26, he's a grown man and he knows what he wants. Don't live your life based on what society thinks.

Go for it.

Good for you ! and to hell with what society thinks. I think you will be surprised though at what society thinks, people will be as please for you as they would if you were both the same age. Times are different, to-days people accept love is good at any age. Have a happy time to-gether.

I'd think I was two hundred years old, mentally.
About sixteen in physical appearance.
I'm really 18.
