It is a million dollar question. Considering the performance of West Indies in the Champions Trophy till now, I think West Indies have a good chance to win the Trophy.
However, since Australia has a score to settle with West Indies for the loss suffered by them in the earlier match against West Indies, I feel that they will come swtrongly as a wounded tiger and win the Trophy.

both the teams r preparing for this all important match very very seriously and vigourously
i think it is going to be a close match and the team that uses their mind as well as their body is going to win this trophy
i think the aussies are going to use their mind and as always mind wins over body
the passion and unpredictablity goes windies have shown they are a strong contender too
the team tht stands facing the sun so that they cant see their shadows are surely going to win
