Do you think eBay is a great place to shop?
According to you, is it a safe place?
Do you always receive your items every time you buy? Good condition? Bad condition?

I love Ebay!!! I think it is especially safe if you use Paypal and get buyers with Buysafe insurance on the product. I have always received everything I have ordered in perfect condition. Read your descriptions carefully, save the ad until everything goes through and save all communications from the transaction from the seller and from you to the seller. Follow instructions carefully and if it seems to good to be true it may be. If it is a company search them on the Better Business Bureau website. I have only had 1 semi bad experience on Ebay but it was resolved.

Like most online shopping Ebay is both good and bad. Yes theres a great array of products and prices, but not everything is close by. Items from overseas can take a little time to arrive but 90% of the items for sale have a estimated time of arrival, and only cause it looks great doesn't mean it will be.. I have had good dealings with Ebay, but I do know of people whom have not.

Ebay is great, you can find awesome deals there and yes, it's very safe if you pay with PayPal. There is protection offered you from both PayPal and Ebay. And you can always see how other users rate a seller, if they are good or bad. But often times only dedicated people sell on Ebay. Trust me, if a person is going to take your money and not send you anything, they wouldn't be on Ebay for very long. :)

I have won and purchased several items over the last few years and have been real happy with what I've got. You have to see if the person auctioning has a lot of good feedback from past purchasers.
I think it is an awesome place to shop and safe when you pay with PayPal.
I have never been ripped off.

Its a good medium but watch out for the phishing. Account verify is trouble. The tool bar will verify a site as eBay. The seller rating and listing are what to go by. Most are reliable so far.

it depends if you have sharp instincts..always pay through Paypal. they always take the buyers side. so theyre good, but not unless you're a seller.
one time i bought make up from some woman and she didnt reply at all, i was patient, waited for a month and no reply nothing.
was even begging her to reply!
so in the end i gave her a dispute..then she said she got burglarized...and spent some days in the hospital..
i feel for her but i just needed one reply and thats it.
anyway yeah its safe so long as you use paypal (pal for buyers teehee)

i think ebay is the wild west literally....you need to go into this situation armed and defensive because ebay is allowed to go into the market as a conveyance and claiming they have no responsiblity to defend the customer. they are literally like big tobacco...sure the concept is good but it can get corrupted easily and often does.

nope i do not think it is a great place to shop at all b/c there is a lot of scam going on in (Ebay)
