Do you eat with your mouth opened or closed?

I eat with my mouth closed and I chew gum with my mouth closed. I dont know but when someone eats with their mouth open and I hear the smacking sound, it annoys the crap out of me

Closed. I know many who chew with their mouth opened, and it annoys me. That is one of my biggest pet peeves. When they're eating with their mouth opened and food comes flying out. I also chew gum with my mouth closed, I don't like that smacking noise. Its like they never had anything to eat before.

Closed! All the way....I hate that smacking noise. And I have taught my kids to eat and chew with their mouths closed too. I think it should be a rule or something. Nobody wants to see your mouth full of anything!

Closed, I also chew gum with my mouth closed. That's one of my Pet Peeves, chewing with mouth open or smacking, especially when your at a restaurant and they sit you next to someone that smacks so loud you can hear it at your table.

I try hard to eat with my mouth closed, but have been told I occasionally chew with it open.

Closed. But I know someone that eats with theirs closed also but it is gross. She chew so that everything in her mouth sounds like it is squishing.eewww

I eat with my mouth closed but yeah I know what you mean I have a guy friend who eats with his mouth open and smacks yuuuck...thats why we don't go to lunch together much.
