What is Nose Bleed Seats, the front row or the top of the bleechers?

We want to know which one it is, we have been arguing about it.

Nose bleed seats are the ones furthest away from the stage or field, depending what kind of stadium, arena, etc. you're at. In most cases, the seats furthest away are the second or third decks of an arena, where you would be placed at a higher elevation, which is known to cause nose bleeds, hence the term "nose-bleed section." However, I've never known anyone to get an actual nose bleed from having bad seats.
