What I am thinking is that your 9 year old daughter has an idiot for a parent. I think the girl should call dcfs. . .

I have big boobs they arent that big but they are huge. My little cousin is about as big as me also. Yes it is too big but if that is how GOD wanted her to be built but make sure that she wears very supportive bras and take her to the doctor because it hurts to carry that weight around all day i am pregnant and mine are getting bigger and it hurts like hell!!!! So just make sure that she takes care of her body if not by the time she is 20 they will be sagging to her knees!

She needs to go to the doctor to have her neck and back examined and be wearing a very supportive bra if they are that big.

If her bust is that big she need to see the doctor and someone need to be going to jail. Someone has had to be playing with them for a while. This should be handled in family services.
