why are they allowed to direct not for profit money to their privite interest and save lives without creating Jobs for a higher stander of living for those they save

What a ridicules question. The Gates foundation donates millions of dollars a year benefiting education and health throughout the US and the world. It is thier money and they can do whatever they wish with it.
As far as creating jobs, here in America Microsoft is one of the larges private sector employers in the country and the jobs overseas pay more than quadruple of the average yearly salary in those countries.

Warren Buffet did not give foundation more than 10 billion dollar to Bill and Malinda Gates' private interest. Do spend time and study the program that the foundation fund.

They only help children over seas. Not here where well help them make the money. we to have children that are hungry and abused. They have no ability to great new jobs. Just spend the money that gains tons of interest in the bank from the microsoft profits.

Pardon me, but you're criticizing them because they don't allocate their money the way YOU think they should? They don't have to give anything at all. Why don't you get involved in some charitable work and do something to make a difference?
