I've just attended a wedding where the bride and groom performed a paid-for, choreographed first dance. Tell me this was a one off.

I think that you need to chill. With all of the 'dancing with the stars' shows and other things, maybe they just love to dance and wanted to make it really special for their special day. It's not something that I would choose to do, but then I'm not the one that is getting married. Be happy for a couple who chooses to do something together that they enjoy! Alot of people could learn from them. They just might be one of the rare ones who end up being married for 50 plus years.

It has to be a one off surely?! I want to tell you it is but this world is so crazy and f**ked up now that i can imagine it becoming a new wedding craze!

If this is the case my advice would be to start up a company that sells wedding sick bags and make a killing that way.

lol sound really fuuny.....was it salsa, tango, jive or the waltz??

I think if i was there id probably start cracking up but maybe dancing is something that they are really into....and they wanted to make it special, it might of looked stupid or sounds stupid because its not something that is usually done..but lets be happy for them both on there special day!!

Lol - just thought maybe they both couldnt dance and both took lessons just for the wedding.

aaaaawwwwwwwwwww

That is quite odd. The first dance should be special, not planned.

that takes the romance out of it, doesnt it? think of the memories years later.."hey hun, remember when you turned left 1,2,3 and then went off time with the music?" instead of.."remember when we danced, alls I could think about is you"

I'll give them 18 months before they get bored with each other.
