Your question is unanswerable in its present form. It has three major problems that i can see.
Problem #1 deals with the definition of a "skyscraper".
To cultures that live in moveable housing (some of the nomadic peoples on Mongolia, for example), a four story building would be a skyscraper.
To people who have always lived in small towns, like me, anything over 15 stories or so is a damnably tall building and i'd call it a skyscraper. I go to San Francisco on occasion. I know what "real" skyscrapers are. But we don't have them in my little town. And we didn't have them in the town i was born and raised in. And there weren't any in the in which i went to college, either (San Luis Obispo, CA). So 15 stories is a BIG building to me.
I have no idea what people who live in cities would consider a skyscraper. None. Drawing a total blank here.
So--you asking about "skyscrapers" is a problem because you didn't define what you meant. The people answering are, therefore, left to guess what you mean, and that's never a good thing when asking a question.
Problem #2 is that you're asking people to vote between one place and another in terms of the "betterness" of their skyscrapers.
Do you think we know about the big buildings in both places? Do you imagine we care about the big buildings in either place? Do you really want answers? And what do you think we should base those answers on, anyway?
Problem #3 is the word "better". What does better mean in terms of buildings, most of which most of us have never seen? What the heck kind of qualifier is "better" in seeking an answer to this question?
Perhaps you just tossed it out, this question, without thinking about it at all. Maybe just the glory of seeing your nick out there as the asker got you all hot and you couldn't resist. I don't know.
Just like i don't know (nor does anyone else, answering this or not) which continent has better skyscrapers, North America or Asia.

You will have to define better.
higher?
able to withstand earthquakes?
more dramatic?
Better is a relative thing, how are you comparing them. If you get to define the comparison values. Then you can always find, that the ones you want to be better will be, because it is always so easy to find faults.
