I don't know about miami, but I found a brand new window handle on ebay for a 1967 Ford 500. I think the same guy carries just about all models. It wasn't expensive either.

I have a lot of white handels & some silver handel ones they are yours for the asking(the white ones are new & also pivot for tight spots).Or a lot of times if you watch the trash/construction sites you can find them. I've also seen them at the Home-Depot on SW 8th st.

Best place to start would be a window, or glass, store. Hardware stores seldom handle them, because there are too many styles. Take one off another window, and take it with you.
