I personally don't care which time period we stick with.....just PICK ONE and stick with it!! Having to change all those clocks twice a year in ridiculous.

Didn't we get rid of that a couple of weeks ago? I wish it was a good idea to get rid of it all together because the time change day really messes with me. The problem is that so many major metro areas tend to have their peak electrical demands during the summertime and we already get brownouts and blackouts from so many air conditioners trying to run at the same time. If we needed more lighting, too, I shudder to think what the outages would be like.
No, wait. I'm shuddering because the window's open and I'm wishing it was summertime.

I do. Believe it or not, DST was first proposed by Ben Franklin as a way to save candle wax. I don't know about you, but I don't use enough candles to make it worthwhile worrying about reducing how many I use.

Arizona already has. I just moved here and it works just fine!!!
