I think I am very easy to work with! I am a team player and I do what I can to help others succeed. Although when people don't follow the "Golden Rule" and treat others how they want to be treated, I tend to get a bit irritated. Overall, I love my job and couldn't see myself doing anything else...I know, gag me, but it's true!

I am super easy to work with. A real 'team player'. I have NO expectations other than those expected also by the company. I don't set unrealistic goals, I don't push / 'actively motivate' my team and that's why my team loves me!! As a matter of fact, we usually finish our projects ahead of time and use the time to relax, go to lunch/cocktails. I LOVE MY JOB!!

Im easy to work with as far as doing what im told with work
but i have unrealistic expectations of people in general.

I think I'm easy to work with. I set realitstic, but high, expectations for myself and the people in my group (I'm talking about school stuff). The key, I've found, is empathy. You have to be your group, you can't just be you! I don't boss them around because I know what being bossed around feels like. It also gets you no where!

i feel that yes, i am ,and i would not put any type of workload on anyone that i would not put on myself. all i ask is that they carry the same workload that i do. if there are any "issues" we resolve
them together, we live and learn that way. just because i am the boss, doesn't mean i know everything, and probably never will, and i will always have an open mind and welcome new idea's
to make my company prosper. it is, in fact, only to make us
stronger.

As long as you do your job, I'm a sweetie to work with and for. If you aren't doing your job...not so pleasant. If you need help or training, that's one thing...but if you're just screwing around, I have no tolerance for it.
My expectations of myself are high. My expectations of others are definitely lower.

My coworkers seem to think I am easy to work with - we rely on each other's assistance by necessity & support each other on a daily basis.
