How are you eating. Because if you don't eat right that can throw all the good stuff you do right of balance. Make sure you get enough iron in your diet. When I was in school and doing cheerleading i was so tried as well. It was then I found out I had a iron defincey. That was making me tried. So I had to take supplements which helped. Also try hard to get enough sleep at night. I know sometimes it hard but you can't get back the sleep you loose.
Good Luck!!!!!

Physically a human does not need 8-9 hours sleep it is too Much This is the beginning of the cycle you have started for being lazy it is not a medical problem it is your drive of lack of self motivation. Don't worry I went through it myself. You can not look for external answers to make your own decisions. Your cells will go into over drive when you over sleep and you will feel lazy and lethargic as a result so stop. You will need to have a focus, let's say on your nursing interview. Start to get up at a reasonably early time in the mornings and no matter what do it consistently. Go to bed at the same time each day. Use the time to have to keep practically active. You can get a lot more stuff done when you effectively manage your time. Drink 500ml/1 Pint water every time before you sleep and when you get up 20 minutes before you clean your teeth. This is a medical proven fact to help assist you. After 7 days at least you will have a routine and start to feel better but you must force yourself to get into the routine.

Seeing a doctor is never a bad thing, but I used to dance professionally (touring, 9 classes a week, etc) plus school, and I found that if I wasn't in bed by 10 I was done for. Your body needs rest.

Now if you're getting a good amount of sleep and you're still tired, you would be better off to go to a doctor just in case. Good luck!

It seems like you're not giving your body enough rest for all the sports. (Not enough carbs, protein, and iron could also be a factor.)

If it's too much for your body, maybe you should consider giving up your place on one of the teams, or getting a waiver from your health class, since you get enough exercise without it. At my old high school, they did varsity vouchers for athletes--if you played a varsity sport, you didn't have to participate in gym class. Maybe your school has something similar?

Otherwise, consider your priorities. Is your place on a team more important than your health? Moreover, would you be able to keep either your places anyway if your body can't handle them?
