Most people assume the word minority refers to anyone who isn't white. While this may be the case now, with the immigration boom and the offspring they produce, Mexicans will be the majority very soon. How do you whites feel about being called a minority?

There won't be a majority. There will be a likely wave of Asian and African immigrations in the future. Mexico isn't likely to be drained of all Mexicans.

As a white guy, I really don't care. All I care about is that those who do come here put America first and their former homelands behind that.

What does it matter, really?
Skin is a cover for souls.
Souls aren't black or white, or brown, or whatever. Think about it.
