No. I believe men are far more visually sexual and women are more emotionally sexual, and with good reason. Since the man needs to 'enter' the woman for procreation, it is necessary for the man to erect. For this reason, nature made male arousal quite visually instinctive. It isn't required for women to be as visually sexual as men, since the woman does not need to be aroused in order to procreate.

Women do but they are so discreet because pornography came into existence through men's lust for sex. Men love pornography more than women because they are the ones who make advances to women and the latter can repel these advances at will. Women appear to be sexually satisfied yet in reality they tend to fake this satisfaction.

Women do use pornography, and I really doubt that most of us are reading the bodice rippers to get a feel of what life was like in 17th century Scotland. But, yeah, romance novels, erotica, erotic pictures, the movies that are made for women, stuff like that is quite popular. We don't necessarily use the same kind, or even similar stuff, but we definitely use it.

I can't really tell you how women use pornography, but, again, it's probably not just for the story. I'm going to have to hazard a guess here and say that women probably use it for much the same reason as men. We tend to be a lot quieter about our masturbatory practises, though, as there's still that, "But nice women don't do _that_!" nonsense with regard to sexuality.

I'm afraid I do to an extent. At particular times of the month, I start getting a bit desperate for sex (I'm single) and I start looking at women, and women's bodies, particularly breasts as this just signifies sex to me. It;s like torture but I am just reacting to the feelings in my brain and body.

Some do, yes. I agree with the previous answer that stated it depended on the woman. But as far as I'm concerned, these are the main reasons for women to watch porn:

1) for arousal

2) to learn

3) to be inspired/for creativity

4) to watch w/ partner for mutual arousal

5) for laughs. There are some really truly awful movies out there.....

I tend to agree with 'Nice_Boobs'. I think men are more 'visually' sexually and women are more 'emotionally' sexual. I'm not saying there aren't exceptions, but that this is the norm.

could be defined differently as to each person . i have found some gals really really enjoy the visual of porn while others despise it ...so i believe it depends on the woman . her needs and wants in a sexual situation for her .

Some do, and then again, some do not, and then again, some never touch the stuff.

You'd have to ask them each as to their own answers.
