Yes, I have worked in an office full of men. Men confront each other with their problems, and that's it. Women hold a grude and spite each other for ever.

I was all prepared to agree with you based on your headline, and then you had to go there. Honestly, why can't people just accept that women are _human_. That means that we are not perfect, we will not bring an unending era of joy, peace, and plenty if we ever establish a matriarchy, but we are not all whiny and petty. Yes, there are catty bitches out there. Men, as well as women, and probably in equal numbers. There are also plenty of people who know how to work nicely and forgive when reasonable, both men and women.
You know what? Based on my experiences, women are better able to talk out their problems and issues and work together to reach an agreement. But I would never assume that's how all women are, or that all men drop people as friends rather than ever try to talk out a problem. That's just the people I know, and I know a very tiny percentage of the 300 million people in this country.
