Women reach the height of their sexual drive from age 30 on. Men reach theirs in their late teens to early 20s.
Hmm... :-| I wonder if that's why older women like younger men and vice versa.

i am in my 40s and i don't think that women are more sexually active. i think we better understand our own sexuality and are past all the hangups from our upbringing. we have come a long way from the girls who were tought that sex was something for men and good girls didn't like it or do it or talk about it. most women in their 40 know not only what they want but what they don't want in a sexual relationship. we have been there and learned how to talk about sex with our partner so both can be satisfied in the relationship. i really think that we enjoy sex more than our younger counterparts.

depends on where the women is mentally/socially. If her profession is "the oldest one known to man"...then i would say NO, but if she has a regular job then yes. woman at that age are more down to earth and know what they want and confident about how to get it.
women at that age are more independent and don't care about what other people think, they have there own money and have established themselves in society. where as opposed to women in their 20's, who are still dependent on a parent or boyfriend, still care about what their Friends and others will think of them and are more afraid to feel free to act out sexually.

No, not necessarily more sexually active - but their sex drive is usually higher- way higher! Women seem to reach their peak in their thirties for some reason. I think it is because we feel more confident with ourselves and our bodies and of course the hormonal thing too. Girls - grow old gracefully and embrace it! It is wonderful but you must remember to take good care of youselves - you get out what you put in!

It depends on the woman and whether they are single or not. Mature women tend to know what they want whereas younger women still aren't too sure of themselves. From my experience, I would say yes, but it really just depends on the person.

I am much more comfortable with myself than I was in my 20's, my ideas of what are important have changed and my personal goals and means are different. This takes away most of the anxiety that comes with sex in your 20's, and when you're in your 40's men are more transparent, so when you decide to have sex, you know what you're getting in to without getting played, so you're in control of the experience.
