should the patriot act apply to the TERRORISTS in Iraq?

please repug ....... instead of giving me the thumbs down ........ answer this...... are those insurgents in iraq terrorists .......... if they are terrorists ...... then why do you call people like osama and the taliban ......... FREEDOM FIGHTERS AND HEROES ...... when they were fighting the soviet occupation in agfhanistan ......... you supply them with firearms ........ stinger missiles ..... these are documented facts and you can't deny it ........ and if you called those iraqi insurgents ........ terrorists ........ you are admitting that you are as much responsible for 911 as OSAMA

They are terrorists. It was a mistake to supply them with such. hindsight is always 20/20 but for some cases it appears to be 0/20.

In Iraq, who the insurgents are, has never been answered to my satisfaction. Nor any of my questions. The Patriot act had the wiretapping bill in it. Tried to read it but it was produced under pressure and there were referrals to first patriot act , making it difficult to decipher. The wiretapping is now in the bill on torture and again was passed under pressure, so that it is rumored that it will be challenged. Forget being politically correct and don't forget to be loyal to the troops when they come home, and the cost of medical bills and treatment has to be paid for.

Ive read some stupid questions but this one tops them all. When we supplied the government in Afghanistan we were fighting the Russians. We did to the Russians what they did to us in Vietnam and Korea. Now lets get the time line straight dummy. September 11 happened later. So when someone is shooting at your enemy they are your ally. When they are shooting at you they are your enemy. Is the picture getting a little clearer? You are right about one thing though, the Patriot Act shouldn't apply to them.because they are not wearing a uniform and are cowards(like yourself). They only have one thing coming, a bullet. They have no rights (like your constitutional right to be stupid) Who's side are you on anyway? Oops now I asked a stupid question.
