Sometimes I wondered how I sat through a whole episode of this show - maybe I was looking for something, and kept looking.
The episodes were so rehearsed looking, the lines rehearsed and the situations that they had to deal with were not life like. I liked Stephanie when she was younger, and the Kimmie character was just plain painful. When Jesse got married, everything just seemed so rehearsed too.

Actually, for that time period I do think it was a realistic show. It had a single dad, the girls went through the required problems, you had your funny moments, the sad. It was a 1/2 hr sitcom so they had to wrap things up nicely, but I think they did a good job irregardless. I actually thought it was encouraging how they could solve their problems so easily.
My least favorite was definitely Stephanie, "how rude" is soooo very annoying. I actually like Kimmy the most probably, because she was different and was perfectly happy with it.

No. Some of the problems the daughters faced were somewhat realistic, but I think the show was far fetched. Least favorite character - Kimmie.

no i don't think it was realistic. it matter what the problem was, it was always solved within the half hour and that time included commercial breaks. nobody can solve all their problems that quickly. they were way too huggy and always happy with each other, or at least they were happy by the end of the episode.
favorite character was uncle jesse and least favorite was michele, but maybe that's just because i find the olsen twins so nauseating.

No. Full House is not a realistic show. Not all problems can be resolved by hugging each other.
I agree about Roseanne, or just watch Family Guy. More realistic than Full House anyway!

No I don't think it was realistic. It was still good sitcom. I didn't really have a favorite or least favorite character. I liked the kids when they were small.
