Jack black is married and has been since march 14 of this year. His wife's name is Tanya Haden Black. They have 1 child together:his name is Samuel and he was born on June 10 2006. Hope that informs!

Talk about a serious question. No one could possibly have a "thing" for Jack Black, a thoroughly unlikeable actor who actually thought there was something charming or funny in that silly movie. What a disaster. He is loud, gross and lumpy. So I won't tell you that Wal Mart (you also shop at that place?) can pull it up on their computer and tell you the exact date. Unless they refuse to stock such an unpleasant piece of celluloid as that.
