A question for Video editors..?

Watch the video. Can anyone please tell me how that was done or give me a website with the tutorials or something. I want to learn video editing, and it would be a great deal of help!

If i was making it i would shoot one with the dummy and one with the real person and just edit him it it's hard to explain... sorry
