Well for hanging out and having a good time, for being my neighbors, definitely the Romani (Gypsies; Gypsies is a semi-derogatory term, because Western Europeans thought the Romani might have originated in Egypt). However, there are some pressing questions I would really like to ask Hitler. As Hitler abused, tortured, incarcerated in concentration camps, gassed and generally hated Gypsies, I would rather be with the Gypsies.
They have a fascinating language and culture and way of life that should be celebrated as part of the fantastic diversity of human cultures that exist in Europe and elsewhere. Yep. Romanies for me.

Gypsies(I am using the word because you have) anyday. They are family orientated, look after themselves and are hospitable.
I don't wish to even type in the name of the other choice given in the question except to remind people who have stated in their answers(hopefully to their eternal shame) that the person they would prefer to spend time with, not only arranged the extermination of so many of the Jewish People but also(and very often understated) the Gypsies, Gays and the physically and mentally disabled.
