At this time in their life they probably want to feel like they are an adult. Well, I think a dozen roses would fit the ideal gift. She'll realize that you realize that she's growing up. Roses=Maturity, and if you get here mere materialistixc gift she will think that another birthday was blown and she is just another day older. Suprise her! well im 16 i think most gurlz my age like cloths from like abercrombie&fitch,pac sun,american eagle,etc cuz i do and also perfum like a good kind is,paris hilton perfume,true star,dior they all smell good i think u should get her 1 of those things i hope i helped.
