I don't think you can. A person in rehab is protected, I believe.

Even if the person is in a rehabilition center they should still be served papers, especially if it is court ordered. A sheriff or another authority of that nature should be able to go to the place and serve the papers.

Well we had to serve eviction papers to a tenant while she was in jail. We had the sheriffs department handle it. This is a bit different. If I were you I'd have your attorney handle it. They cn have her served even if she is in rehab.

Have the papers served at the center, they do it in jails/prisons why not a rehab. center.

never heard of serving papers yourself,that would not be legal they could say they never recived them.
