There is another option -- egg donation with IVF. Your wife's eggs may be too old but her body is probably still perfectly capable of carrying a child. The egg donor is usually a younger woman and the IVF clinic can help you arrange for the donor. You can choose someone with a physical resemblance to your wife if you wish. The doctor will stimulate the donor with hormones and retrieve multiple eggs from her. They then fertilize these eggs with your sperm and put the resulting embryos back into your wife. Hopefully it works and your wife can then experience pregnancy and birth (if that is desired) and also be able to carry your child, if that is desired.
If you are interested in this option, go and see a Reproductive Endocronologist at an IVF clinic.

The only way would be to hire a surrogate. However there are questions you should discuss with your wife, like how she would feel you having a baby biological with another women, unless you were able to use her eggs. The Procedure wouldn’t be that difficult you just have jack off in a cup and they would take that and artificial inseminated your surrogate. You would probably have to pay for your surrogates medical bills, each state has slightly different rules in regards to surrogacy.

Instead of looking for a surrogate mother, why don't you and your wife have a medical check up and find out what's wrong. Maybe it just needs a little push from vitamin intake. Don't create a problem in your otherwise peaceful marriage.

Adopt a baby... its not only a good deed but you also save a child from remaining orphan all his life. He/She will grow up to be your own blood related child as if and will always respect you for the humble deed.

How much is the pay? lol just kidding. I saw this one couple give the woman 200 thousand on tv. but I couldn't do it. My husband would kill me, he only wants me pregnant with our babies. (I already asked him that)
