Idk, but I heard that Cleopatra took baths in milk, so I guess its a kind of a luxurious skin treatment or somethin

- Use sun block, stay out of the sun if you want your skin to be paler.

Using milk on your face will not lighten your skin.

I've been doing that and so far my skin feels a lot softer and whiter. Not to the extent of Micheal Jackson, but I once had a very pale complextion but got alot tanner do to surfing. My mom buys extra gallons of milk for me to use during baths and so far, my tan is fading and though I doubt my skin will return to its former complextion, the milk wash (milk you drink) actually does work. Consistancy is the key. My mom does it and she has a really nice complextion. Hope this help.

That will not lighten your face at all. Personally, I dont have any clue what you look like but no one should want to lighten their face. If you really want to I am sure that you can go to a plastic surgeon and ask about some cosmetic procedures that can be done.

Lighten your skin as in skin color? no... I don't really think there is a way to lighten skin tone unless you have used sunless tanner, then use lemon juice.

This page is for a skin lightener. but I think its for like liver spots, age spots and blemishes. Good luck...
A milk bath will make your skin softer though!

not washing, but just applying milk on your face and leave it for some minute, then rinse, it will whiten if you do it daily

If you want to lighten up, you'd better use buttermilk.
