Before worrying about the cover, get published. It's not a given. You have to impress people and you are just one in 10 million.

they don't get to decide for, and while it replaced into chosen she wasn't a huge time author, she replaced right into a ability author. The books have been given widespread as quickly as they have been written, you realize that good? yet i do no longer think they actually get to decide for. they might get a pair concepts and get to decide for, yet quite often they does no longer get to %. the kind on their conceal or the drawing or photograph or something. yet I do have faith they write the blurb, which they do no longer regularly prefer to do because of the fact if the e book is 250,000 words, it relatively is not each and every to cram in into 4 sentences. and that i think of you're over glamorizing being a maximum suitable broker, it would not make you this card sporting member with a number of those privileges, it relatively is a lot like having a suitable Contributor badge at right here, your solutions do no longer earn you greater factors, human beings do no longer without delay prefer to decide for you for BA or thumb you, it relatively is basically a badge which you get to place under your call that could or would possibly no longer interest others.

For fiction, not usually, no. But, I expect the Big Names have input.

In my case, I've done a couple books that were collections of my own illustrations (thanks, Dover!).

Now, you'd think that would give me total control, but NO-o-o-o!, the dimentions were pretty much decided for me.

Not that I'm complaining!

It would depend on their contract with the publisher, whether they have approval rights or not.
