I just went through a ton of CS with Napster to get it working. All was well until the spyware scan & quarantine, but now Napster and WMP don't recognize that my DJ is docked. The DJ works and says it's docked on the screen. I've done several troubleshooting steps already, so come with the big guns!

delete any viruses and clear out the quarantine file too then reboot
and rescan
if the virus is still there then shut off system restore then run scan again and delete all that it finess and the quartantine file too
then reboot and turn restore back on and create a new restore point
