My first thought is to suggest a sports bra, they are cheap so you can get several. But at the same time you need some type of support or you will sag and near the end and soon after they(boobs) are going to be sore. You need to go to somewhere like Sears and choose some of all sizes and take the time to try EACH one on til you find one that works for you. Grab a few 38 and 40 C and CC's to start with, ask the saleslady, she should be able to help you. But again you may want to wear a sports bra around the house if you can.
One thing to keep in mind, are you going to breast feed? If so then don't purchase to many regular bras because you might need a few nursing bras, even then after the baby is born your bra size will more then likely change again.
Are you totally confused now? Good luck!

When I was pregnant I didn't wear a bra unless I had to, but when I did I would either wear a sports bra or a maternity bra about a size or two bigger. As soon as you come home take it off, don't sleep in it, if you can just wear a t-shirt and a big baggy sweatshirt over it and I promise no one will notice. Trust me I am a natural 38 DD and it was really hard for me to find one that I could tolerate so I just didn't wear one. Try the sweatshirt it is great. Plus everyone is looking at your belly anyway!!!!!

Try a nursing bra, they're wonderful! They're nice when you're pregnant because they can be adjusted more than a regular size bra (instead of 1-3 hooks, they usually have 4-5). They're also wider to cover more of your boob (err, I mean 'breast'). I liked them when I was pregnant, they give more support and are just more comfortable than just regular bras and they're all cotton... which is nice. Also, what some of the other gals wrote, sports bras are nice, as well.

Go to a department store and get FITTED for a new size & style all together ask; the lady to make some suggestions for something comfy. I used a cotton under-wire bra that was bigger in both the rib cage and the cup. It really is worth getting re-fitted.

I was in the same situation, and ended up wearing camisoles with built-in support most of the time, since they were truly comfortable. Thin bras with no cups were second best, and sports bras by Danskin came third.

Yep....ive been there and done that. You just need to go ahead and get a few bras in a bigger size that will give you alot of support. Even after you have the baby you will need them for some time....if you breast feed or not. But dont worry they arent going to be like that forever.....that's why i said just get a couple. Before long you will be back to "normal" again.

The only bras that fit me and don't hurt to wear are sports bras. I have a larger chest and they are the only ones that during pregnancy have been able to wear.

My doctor told me a tight sports bra, so I bought a couple and they worked through my pregnancy. But if you want cute ones, try finding an actual "undergarmet" store(im not sure what they are really called) and have one fitted perfectly for you. It may be expensive but im sure you can find a way to use it throughout your pregnancy. Good Luck!

Try an ENELL SPORTS BRA. I wear them all the time, they recommend them for pregnancy. They have no wire and are very snug, about $50 a piece but well worth it!! Google "ENELL SPORTS BRA" or go to the "Eastbay Sports" site, they have them! Good Luck!
