do light reps and strengthen your upper body so that you can take the contact. also work on a floater in the lane to get it over the big men. another thing do not give up your dribble unless you have a shot that will keep your options open. remember drive, draw, and dish.

You don't have any correct to be dissatisfied approximately this. You CHEATED on him! You won't like that he was once selecting fights with you or that he did not express regret for pronouncing "adequate bye", however you probably did the worst factor feasible to him. I'm sorry, however I desire he unearths someone greater than your dishonest self. And incidentally, how is him telling you he loves you and pronouncing he hopes you believe greater, viewed treating you "dangerous"? You're an fool, tons of women want they'd that and now someone else will.

You can't be scared of driving. The worst that's going to happen is get hit in the nose. I personally love to drive to the basket then dish it out. This draws in the defenders, leaving the 3 point shooters open. A good example of a player is Jameer Nelson of the Orlando Magic.

Don't sweat it, it's not that big of a deal. I'm always a little nervous when I'm playing b-ball, the best thing to do is get to know your teammates, and if you are good friends, that should help a lot.
Good luck!

Never be afraid. Everybody gets blocked and makes mistakes. Just concentrate on creating contact with the people inside so they don't have space to block your shot. Plus always look to set up your teammates first and foremost

DON'T BE AFRAID...HAVE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR ABILITIES TOO...PEOPLE ARE GONNA FOUL YOU JUST ON THE FACT THAT YOU ARE SHORT, SO I'D SUGGEST START PRACTICING ON THOSE FREE THROWS...WATCH ALLEN IVERSON, HE AIN'T AFRAID TO GO TO THE CUP, AND HE'S SMALL TOO...SO HAVE NO FEAR, AND JUST GO TO THE LANE...AFTER YOU GET KNOCKED AROUND A LITTLE BIT, YOU'LL GET USED TO IT, AND YOU'LL PROBABLY DO IT ALL THE TIME. GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS.
