all my life ppl told me i wuz very skinny and short...however, i recently hit a major growth spurt and i am now between 5"9-5"10..am i a gud height!!!!! Finally, what excercises can i do to get ripped abs and a pump chest....finally, is it safe for me to take growth hormone stimulators to acquire these features(tons of muscle+added height)

If you have hit puberty then your own growth hormones are active. Hit the weight room and watch the muscle appear. It requires time and consistent work-outs. NO PAIN NO GAIN!!

Your height is normal for an american. As far as weight is concerned, you can always gain muscle mass. You need to remain consistent with your training, and you must train every day. You are determined, like a beast, and you dont stray off target for some punk player hater. Do not weight train every day, but exercise every single day of the week. Proper diet and cardio training is necessary in order to rip your abdominal. You must eat protein as in fish, peanuts, seeds and such. If you have the determination of a champion, you will do your research constantly to find out what you need in order to gain your muscle.

dude i was in the same situation as you.........and i got huge......youre just a late bloomer......i used a particular website for gaining muscle and it was the most amazing thing ive ever done!!!!! incredibly fast results!!!! very easy to do!!!!

btw.....there is nothing artificial that can make you taller......but youre still young so you may have an inch or two left in you....usually dont stop growing til youre 18....

dont use any pills or anything.. they are all bad for you, but if you go to the workout room you can gain muscle... dont do to much weight for yourself do more repetitions. To much weight for youself causes hernias, be careful!! If you go to a workout room, the machines tell you procedures to do the gain the muscle where you want it, good luck!!

Go to the gym, use big lifts, keep the assistance exercises to a minimal, and stay the frick away from any type of pill.

No hormones. Just do regular exercise lift weighs. Be persistant and everything will fall in place.
