To pay an honest compliment takes much effort but one that I will choose to give because we should let people know how much we appreciate them while they can hear it. But it will take ten times the effort to take back the pain caused by an arrogant remark.

It is easy to give honesty, and easy to give attitude. As to which is easier it depends on if you are an arrogant person or an honest person. I like to tell the truth. Maybe it sounds arrogant. It is still the truth. And in one sense telling the truth is the greatest compliment a person can give another. It shows they value your trust that much more. So for me I think give both the same arrogance and compliments.

An honest compliment is very easy to give. As long as the person getting it takes it that way. Sexual harassment sucks.
