Well you're on the computer go to a few sites and take a quick listen and see what sounds good to you. I'm a rock person but you may not be. So get what sounds good to you. Have fun. Exercise is always a good thing no matter what you listen to.

um..I guess the songs you really enjoy,if it was me i love rap so i'll put rap and r&b hip hop on it or a little of rock,i bet you cant jog to country music,I like country music though
