Stick through the legs i can exxacute good you have to flick the stick and its real hard to save.

anything that involves the stick mostly MAYBE through the legs it took me about a month of looking like a retard but now im good at it ummm spin o rama if u wanna see how to do it best search spin o rama on youtube.com and its the one with the ducks and the stars he doesn't get it but he has perfect form ummmmmmmmmmmmm jussi jokinen , don't always deke look what u have then make a decision

I like to switch my footing to the opposite of my stick-handling. It looks like a reversing crossover.
