he was great movie star and a great president. he was a great governor, and great at everything he did. he died of Alzheimer's which has to do with your memory he did not die of mental illness.

this man has his own airport, he has own library or congress he has his own museums. They named air force one after him. what else can you say about him he was great. how many people can say that they have there own air force and museums and library.

That would take alot of space. He was a football player and life guard in high school and college. He was an actor, becoming the president of the actors union. Became interested in politics while traveling the US giving speeches for GE Theater. Ran for gov. once and lost. Ran again and won. Ran for President and won...twice. In my opinion was one of the greatest pres. of all time. Around the time of his first election our people had been taken hostage in Iran. Carter could do nothing but botch an attempt to rescue them. As soon as Iran learned that Reagan was to be inaugurated they released them. They knew Reagan meant what he said. The Russians knew it too. That's why when Reagan said...Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.....it happened. He was an awesome speaker, a great communicator. Was totally in love with his wife, Nancy.

Oh sure. He was a guy that became an actor. After that he became governor of California. Californians are pretty superficial and if you have charisma you can win an election there. Then he ran for presidency and won. Oh, actually, Americans up until Tuesday were very superficial in their voting, and again, charisma won out. So he was president for a few years, then he left office and gradually got sick and died. He's the first president to turn the presidency into the big-time undemocratic one person in power thing that it is now.
