I am going to a Panic! at the Disco concert Wensday and my friend told me how dangerouse mosh pits are and I would really love to avoid them. I am just there to have fun and don't want to get hurt. What can I do to stay away from them?

I think the best way to avoid a mosh pit at a panic at the disco concert is to first be over 13 years of age. Anyone over 13 could easily defend themselves at a Panic at the Disco concert. Unlike a real mosh pit (like the ones found at lets say a Pantera concert, where bodily harm is most likely assured). A mosh pit at a Panic at the Disco concert can be likened to being thrown into a pit of fluffy kittens who will playfully lick you with their raspy tongues. Unless pre-schoolers can beat you up I think that you will be safe anywhere that Panic at the Disco might be heard.

get there right when the doors open, so there are a bunch of people before you. The farther you are away from the stage, the less likely anything will happen... but I think you're safe at a Panic! at the Disco concert... I went to a 30SecondsToMars concert and I was 2 people away from the stage and I was fine, you just get uncomfortably close to other people...

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Hang out at the bar, chill. If you don't get drunk enough to get involved, at least you got drunk and watched them.
