im not sure what year they started these but does anyonce know where the buzzer is at in the truck when you turn the key on? and how to wire it in after I get it out?

if you look under your dash left side of steering wheele there will be a box about 3in by2 in an its sometimes green on that yr chevy i think its green up by the parking brake an to wire it in it just plugs into a scoket should be 3 prongs on it

You just have to make it go off and listen and feel around for it. You can unplug it, and it doesn't hurt anything. Until you lock your keys in the truck because the buzzer didn't remind you they were still in the ignition.
