How long do you think it will be, before the chiefs of staff get wind of the fact that Dr. Cristina Yang is performing all of Dr. Preston Burke's surgeries for him, due to his hand tremor? And what do you think will happen? Oh, the suspense!! :-)

It will be over on the next episode. Bailey saw her working Burke's board and has to asume he is showing her favoritism. that means Burke will tell the chief that Christina needs to be attached to Derek or Mark not Burke. At that point, either they will figure out he has tremors or Meredith and Izzy and George will rush to his rescue. I think eventually Izzy will cash her check and buy Burke a new Cardiac wing in Denny's name. That will protect Burke's job though it may cost the chief his job. I think that is what they are leading up to, the chief leaving and Burke becoming chief. Eventually Burke will have to get surgery again and then he should be fine. But bailey will turn in Christina this week to avoid another Izzy incident.

Cristina & Burke will break up. Burke will resign and take the blame for Cristina. Cristina will be Izzy's partner and neither will be permitted to do anything while on probation. Cristina may go into a serious depression due to break up and start using drugs or alcohol to numb the pain or She could find out she is pregnant and has all the usual dilemnas that accompany that; then she could come to terms with it and just when Burke reenters her life she will miscarry. I dunno but I will still watch.

I try to read everything about this show, and I did read that Addison and Alex are definitely going to hook up. They are slowly building up to it, as shown in the past few episodes. I also read that Izzie and McSteamy are going to hook up. I thought they were leading up to that also, but it seems to have slowed down. I agree that the Alex and Addison storyline would be awesome! I am getting kind of bored with Burke and Cristina's romance anyway!

i haven't watched that show before but from what i understand [my daughter watches it] is everyone somehow is intertwined in real emotional stuff and the show's treatment of it is one of humour which is good because it allows us to step outside of the votex and still function but bad in that it downplays the real hurt caused - personally, everyone says this mcdreamy guy is the cat's pj's and i am told he is the type that knows it and plays with it. not sure if there is someone like me in the show - i would be the one that moves quietly between and over and around the main actors and simply and confidently let them decide what they want - all i want is to find my place on the set and get back all my scripts and hopefully someone on the show will notice my silent resolve.

I don't think it will be long. there are nurses in the room and they will talk. I think that he will be asked to teach or just consult on what should be done on patients. OR they might cure him, with some drugs or stem cell or a magic process.
I love Izzy the best. Dr. Mc DREAMy is so dreamy

I think something is defintately going to go down in regards to that storyline next week - given that this weeks episode ended with Bailey seeing Christina messing with the board - so I dunno if it will fully unravel next week, but something is going to happen! and what, geeze, i dunno, Christina getting suspended, or not allowed to work with Burke anymore, or maybe Burke having to take time off, dun dun dun!
