I have gotten urinary infections every month for the last 2 years so I know what I am talking about here. You need to go and see your doctor and to be put on antibiotics. If you drink tea,or soda you need to cut back because that causes alot of infections. You need to drink alot of water. Just be careful because an urinary infection can turn into a kidney infection very quickly and they can get severe. So go and see your doctor and start drinking that water OK. Good luck. Hope you feel better.

Ask to see a uriologist. I went to one because i have the same problem among others with my bladder. He somehow through x-rays of my bladder seen that it doesnt empty itself completely when i go to the bathroom.....maybe because i had to go pee 1/2 way through and so there are x-rays of before i went to the bathroom and after and he could see that it wasnt empty.
But...this leaves urine in my bladder which will cause bacteria and thus you have a baldder infection. I dont know....this is just why i get them so much. It could be many things though

If you have recurren urinary infections, DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO THE doctor and possibly he`ll give you antibiotic, as CIPRO 500 to fight the infection and soon does complex studies to you to discover the cause.
Good night

Aren't they great? Mine was so bad and the episodes were a decade plus years apart that I forgot what they were like and suffered all summer; that is even after being checked twice for diabetes. I use baking soda and water straight down the hatch. Thank goodness I remembered what to use.

If having sex seems to cause your infections, taking one antibiotic pill after you have sex should prevent them. http://www.du.edu/duhealth/resources/handouts/urinary_tract_infections.html
