Sounds like it could be a growth spurt, teething, or illness. Teething can happen long before the teeth actually come in.
In any case your daughter is not trying to manipulate you or train you (she's too young for that until about 2 years). She's just trying to get her needs met. Feed her if she'll eat in case she's having a growth spurt. If not just rock her or hold her and try to keep the lights off and make it really boring so she'll go back to sleep. If you start playing with her or being interesting she might decide she likes staying up, but she does need your comforting presence so don't leave her alone. One thing that really helped me when my daughter was like that was having her in bed with me so I didn't have to get up.
Kids go through so many sleep stages and they need us night and day for awhile. Expect it to get better, then worse, then better, then worse, etc, but with a gradual trend of getting better for the next couple of years.

Babies often go through a growth spurt around 3 months and this can cause a previously restful baby to start waking up hungry in the night. It usually only lasts for a week or so. Also, though she may be legitimately waking once or twice for feeding, she will also be learning that when she cries, you come. Just be careful not to create a habit that will last past her spurt. It's important for her to know that you are there for her when she needs you, but it's also important for her to learn to put herself back to sleep. Good luck :-)

Could be she's hungry. Babies go through growth spurts all the time and usually when sleeping patterns change, they're not getting enough to eat. If that's the problem, try a little bit of cereal before bed, which will keep her full. Other thing is, she could be sleeping too much during the day. Sometimes babies get their days and nights mixed up.

It happens all the time. Teething, colds, too hot, too cold, growth spurts, learning a new skill, missing mommy, you name it. The best advise that I can give is enjoy the nights you get good sleep because there will be another sleepless one around the corner. They do get less frequent as your child gets older but we still get up with our 2 1/2 year old every few nights.

Perhaps she is waking up because she is hungry. I think she might need a little more milk at her last feeding. This happened to my daughter and at her last feeding I added a couple of ounces more. She drank the whole bottle and sleep all through the night. She might also need a diaper change. I usually changed her to clean diaper right before her last bottle. Good Luck!

She is older now and not on infant time, she is now on baby time or "forget you, I'll decide my schedule time". Don't watch T.V. in your room, it might confuse her, she might think it's day time, or " I think I'll play, time". You might want to check if she is cold, wet, or uncomfortable and fix it. Her naps should be 1to 2 hours at about 10am and the same about 2 or 3 p.m., and no more. Put her down for the night at the same time every night, around 8p.m. Try not to break this routine. One thing for sure, it'll get better as she gets older. She will be more active and will want to sleep more.

It could be gas pains, but I actually had the same thing happen to me, only my daughter was 4 months old. She was beginning teething. She would wake up at night and cry, I would feed her, put on Orajel, and she would fall right back asleep. Good luck.

It kinda depends on if she's getting up to eat or for another reason, if it's to eat I'd check with the doctor to see if it's ok to put a little bit of cereal in her bed time bottle to tide her over. She could be coming down with something like an ear infection or maybe a bladder infection, I'd take her to the doctor to get her checked out just in case,

I know you will probably think it is too early but she may be in the first stages of teething.
Check for a fever ever so mild...if it's there, she's teething. get some orajel and a freezing pacefier that the child can gum.
Of course, it wouldn't hurt to have her checked by a doctor either, better safe than sorry.

at 3 months babies begin there first of many growth spurts, just feed on demand and it should subside within a couple weeks. Then you can get back to working on a schedule.
