I'll just tell you enough and then you do the rest.

Each of them involves a number which is a mixture of whole number and fraction. First step is to exress it as an improper fraction, e.g.
2) 3 5/8 = 24/8 + 5/8
= 29/8
(simple rule is
(denominator*whole number + numerator)/denominator)
Likewise 2 1/2 = 5/2

I expect you can do
(1/2)*(29/8)*(5/2)

3) Same idea for 4 1/5, only extra thing to know is that to divide by 14 you multiply by 1/14.

Cheers

1) Multiply 3 1/6 *9/11*6/17 in simplest form.
3 1/6 *9/11*6/17 = 19 /6 x 9/11 x 6/ 17
= (19x11x17 + 9x6x6 + 6 x 19x 9 ) / 6x11x17

2) Find the area of a triangle with a base of 3 5/8 in. and a height of 2 1/2 in.
3) Divide 4 1/5 divide 14 in simplest form.
(4 1/5)/14 = (21/5)/14 =21 / 5(14) = 21/ 70 = 7 x 3 / 7 x 10 = 3 / 10

1) Multiply 3 1/6 *9/11*6/17 in simplest form.
3 1/6 *9/11*6/17 =(19/6)(9/11)(4/17)=(19*9*4)/(6*11*17)
=19*6/(11*17)=114/187

2) Find the area of a triangle with a base of 3 5/8 in. and a height of 2 1/2 in.
A=(1/2)bh=(1/2)*(29/8)*(5/2)=29*5/(2*8*2)=145/32=4 17/32

3) Divide 4 1/5 divide 14 in simplest form
(21/5)/14=3/(5*2)=3/10

1) Multiply 3 1/6 *9/11*6/17 in simplest form.

3 times 6 is 18 plus one is 19, 19/6

19 times 9 times 6 over 6 times eleven times seventeen, reduce to lowest numbers like this, 2 over 4 is 1 over 2, 1 over 2 is the lowest number expression for the same fractional ratio 2 over 4.

2) Find the area of a triangle with a base of 3 5/8 in. and a height of 2 1/2 in.

What is the angle? For a right angle or 90 degree angle it would be A times B divided by two.

3) Divide 4 1/5 divide 14 in simplest form.

4 times 5 plus one is 21, 21 over 5 divide 14 over 1, invert and multiply, 21 over 70, divide each by seven.

but 21/70 is 3/10

whereas 5 times 14 over 21 times 1 is 70 over 21 or 10/3rds

as division of whole number results smaller quantities, the small quantitive numerical sign is the chosen of the multi resultants; if it was 4 divide 14 it would be 4/14 or 2/7ths, the smaller. If we invert for 14 over one, one over 14 and multiply by four we have, again, 4 over 14 or 2/7ths.

2 over one times two over one is four.
two over one divided by two over one is one.
in opposition to the physical metaphor of cutting portions into smaller portions so that cutting a half of something gives two quarters of that one something, we follow logic derived principles for number operations, so then
one over two times one over two is one over four rather than the larger product it is the smaller, and in one over two divided by one over two using the smaller-number-after-division rule or principle as a guide for correct logical process and using logical deduction of contradiction we find the invert for the second is needed for the fullfilment for that principle (1/2/1/2=1/2*2/1=1), but that is a contradiction for one is greater that one half, but in that division operation with that two halves the any-number-divded-by-itself-gives-one rule is fullfilled. Despite the contradiction, both rules bring forth procedure for invert and multiply the second fraction for fractional division operations.
