I don't know how

Search on the Internet for a book and a supply of special balloons that you can order. The Qualatex company makes balloons for making animals.

You will also need a special pump to inflate the balloons, unless you have super-powerful lungs. (I can blow one up if I really, really work at it, but it's not worth it. Buy the pump. The best kind of pump is a small one with a bulb that you squeeze. A cheaper, less satisfactory pump requires you to hold it in both hands and push it in and out.)

Good luck to you! Kids love it when you make balloons for them.

Sounds fun but I think it's harder than it looks. Yes, you will probably need a pump if you don't have super-powerful lungs. Check out the sites below for instructions on different twisting techniques and stuff you can create. They have diagrams too to help you along. Good luck.
