What Hi-end vendors have an express exchange policy for support?

I currently use HP machines, becuase I like thier policy of "express exchange", that if a user replaceable part is broken, they will exchange it for you by sending you the replacement part then you send them back your part (they take a CC number as collateral), this speeds up the process of you getting your machine up and working.
Is there any Hi-end vendors that have the same policy?

Yes, HP is very good. We have a 4hr response contract with them. If a part dies, they can have the new part within 4hrs at our data center, ready to go.
