I think his favorite would be someone who is still living and able to cause pain and suffering. This would change throughout the ages. Then again, does he have favorites?
I think no one would be 'good' enough. We would all fall short. I can't imagine Satan praising anyone...In my imagination, he would always be critical and demanding.

Satan already has their souls, none of them are a challenge to him. He likes people that he thinks he can turn into Crispy Critters someday so he's enjoying the thrill of the pursuit.
